Fertility SUPPORT GROUP
Fertility issues can create a feeling of isolation and this Fertility Support Group seeks to connect and offer members a safe, calm and nurturing space. The FREE group is open to individuals or couples who are experiencing problems conceiving, or maintaining a pregnancy, or considering/undertaking assisted fertility.
The group will be relaxed and informal and the format and content of the group will be tailored to individual and group needs. It is likely that content will include: information around improving fertility naturally; tools and techniques to manage stress and the negative effects of infertility; emotional support - it's an opportunity to talk and listen, to get together and share.
The group runs every second Monday from 5.30 - 6.30pm at Edinburgh Montessori Arts School, 18N Liberton Brae, Edinburgh EH16 6AE. Please come along and give it a try. It would help to know you're coming, so please call Doris on 07724 197627 to confirm your attendance (but if you don't get a chance to call, don't worry, just come along anyway!).
